The demigender flag has seven symmetrical stripes: dark grey, light grey, pale yellow, white, pale yellow, light grey and dark grey. The demigirl and demiboy flags use the same layout, with pink or light blue in place of the yellow.

Where it comes from

The Human Rights Campaign lists the flag and says the details of its creation are unknown. Community sources credit different Tumblr users, and none of those attributions is reliably documented. The same design is sometimes called the deminonbinary flag.

Demigender is an umbrella for people who feel a partial, but not full, connection to a gender or to gender itself. It includes demigirls, demiboys and deminonbinary people.
