press@t4tspace.com reaches a person, not a form. We answer in English and in French.
Everything on this page can be used without asking us first: the description, the facts, the logo files and the screenshots. If what you need is not here, write and ask for it.

T4TSpace is a dating app made for trans and non-binary people. It runs in any browser and native apps are being built. The premise is that existing apps are made either for cis people seeking trans people, or for everyone at once, and that neither serves trans people looking for each other. Everyone who joins agrees, one by one, to three commitments about how they will treat the people they meet. Nobody's gender is verified: the check every account goes through confirms that it belongs to a real adult whose selfie matches their main photo. Every field of a profile, including gender, pronouns, orientation and transition, can be shown to everyone, to matches only, or to nobody. The main photo, which shows the person's face, is seen by every verified member. The app tells each person the real number of people near them, whatever that number is. T4TSpace exists in seven languages and is operated from France under European data protection law.
In one line: T4TSpace is a dating app made for trans and non-binary people, open in any browser and coming to the app stores.
What we can confirm
T4TSpace is operated by …, a French company registered in Paris, SIREN …. The website is hosted by OVH in France; the application and its database run on servers in Munich, Germany. Gender identity, pronouns and orientation are special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR, and are consented to explicitly when an account is created.
The app runs in any browser. Native applications for Android and iOS are being built. The interface exists in seven languages: English, German, Polish, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
Accounts are for adults only, and age is confirmed when the account is created.
Verification is a selfie looked at by a person rather than an algorithm. It is free, nobody can see anyone until it is done, and the selfie is deleted once the decision is made, in any case within seven days. Before the selfie, each person adds a main photo that shows their face, and the person who checks the selfie makes sure both show the same person, without judging how anyone looks. An account also needs a confirmed email address before it opens. The verification page explains both.
Nothing is charged today, and the first thousand accounts stay free. The prices that will apply were published before the machinery to collect them existed: three amounts for the same product, and nothing to prove for anyone choosing the lowest.
The palette derives from the transgender pride flag designed by Monica Helms in 1999. The flag belongs to nobody: neither we nor anyone else can license it to you.
About numbers
We do not publish a user count, and we would rather say why than leave it unexplained. Registered users, matches made, satisfaction rates: every figure of that kind in this category is produced by the company that benefits from it, and none of them can be checked by anyone outside. Publishing ours would add one more unverifiable number to a field that already has too many.
What we do instead is inside the product. The app shows each person the real count of people within the distance they chose, and says that it is the real one. If it is four, it says four. We call this not padding the room, and it is the one number we stand behind, precisely because the person reading it can check it against who they actually see.
If you need a figure from us for a story, ask what it counts and how it was measured. We will answer that or decline it. We will not send you a round number with no method attached.
Five things you can check without asking us
No profile is indexed by a search engine. The directive is in the page and in the HTTP response, on every profile URL. Being outed by a search result is the risk this closes, and it is not a setting anyone has to find. Safety
Everyone who signs up agrees to three commitments before the account exists: not to ask anyone about their body or their surgeries, not to ask for a name they no longer use, and to meet a person rather than a category. They are switches you have to turn on one by one. Start a sign-up and you will see them.
Every field of a profile carries its own visibility, set separately: everyone, matches only, or nobody. The one exception is the main photo, which shows the face and is seen by every verified member. How it works
Reports are read by a person and decided within twenty-four hours, and the counts are published rather than described. Transparency
Prices were published before anything could be charged, and are still published while nothing is charged. Pricing
Logos
The mark draws the letters T, 4 and T as one continuous stroke, in the blue, lavender and pink taken from the transgender pride flag. The wordmark is set in Bricolage Grotesque. Both are below, in vector and in three pixel sizes, on transparent backgrounds.
Screenshots
These are the real interface, captured on the date this page carries. There are no invented profiles in them, which is why they show the parts of the product that do not need anyone else on screen.

Colours and type
Blue 5BCEFA, lavender A98CC9, pink F5A9B8. Ink 17111D on cream FBF8F7. The blue and the pink are the flag's; the lavender stands in for its white, which cannot be drawn on a pale background.
Headings and the wordmark are set in Bricolage Grotesque. Body text is Figtree. Both are open licence typefaces.
What we ask
Use the mark as it is: please do not recolour it, stretch it, rotate it, add effects to it, or rebuild it from a screenshot. On a coloured or photographic background, the single-colour versions exist for that.
The trans pride flag belongs to everyone, so its colours are not ours to police. Our mark is ours: placing it next to your own so that it reads as a partnership, an endorsement or a rating is the one use we will ask you to change.
The screenshots show the real interface. Please do not add profiles to them, and please do not use them to illustrate a different app. The argument of this whole page is that this category is full of pictures that correspond to nothing, and we would rather not end up in that pile.
