Data requests

Under Articles 15 and 17 of the GDPR you can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Both are free, and neither requires a reason.

How to ask

Email privacy@t4tspace.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. Deleting the account yourself, from the app, is immediate.

What deletion means here

Deletion removes the record. It is not a flag on a row we keep for analytics. The encrypted backups that still contain it rotate out and are erased for good within about forty days at most, and we tell you when that is done.
