Being visible online carries a different weight when you're trans. We'd rather state what we do than publish reassurance.
No profile is ever indexed
Every profile page carries noindex directives in both the page and the HTTP response. Search engines never see you. An outing by search result is not a risk we're willing to leave open, and it isn't a setting you have to find.
Blocking is total
Blocking removes someone from your view and you from theirs, immediately and permanently. No lingering visibility, no ghost profile, no reappearance next week under the same face.
Reports are read by people
Reports go to a person, not a queue, and get a decision within 24 hours. You're told what happened. We publish how many reports we received and what we did about them.
Deletion means deletion
One action removes your account and your data. Not a hidden flag on a row we keep, not a 30-day grace period we didn't mention. Gone.
Data we treat as sensitive
Gender identity is special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR, and we handle it that way: explicit consent, encryption at rest, a documented impact assessment, and no sharing with advertisers. Ever.
