Where it comes from
The panromantic flag with a large heart was published in May 2016 by Pride-Flags, a DeviantArt account that collects and redraws pride flags. The post names no individual designer. Its colours come from the pansexual flag, and so do the meanings usually given to them.
An earlier design
In 2015 the same account had published a different panromantic flag, with blue, green, orange and red stripes. The heart version replaced it in most places and the older one is now considered an alternative.

Panromantic describes romantic attraction to people regardless of gender. Many panromantic people use the pansexual flag, and the heart version is used mostly by those whose romantic and sexual attraction differ.
