Only two pride flags exist as emojis in the Unicode standard: the transgender flag and the rainbow flag. Every other pride flag you see in a name or a bio is made from hearts or other emojis placed side by side.

How the flag emojis are built
Neither flag is a single character. Each is a short sequence: a white flag, an invisible character called a zero width joiner, and a second symbol, the transgender symbol for the trans flag and a rainbow for the rainbow flag. A phone that knows the sequence draws one flag. An older system shows the parts side by side: a white flag, then the transgender symbol or a rainbow.
That is why copying the emoji works better than trying to build it by hand: the invisible joiner comes along with it.
When they arrived
The rainbow flag emoji came first. Apple shipped it in iOS 10 in September 2016, before it was formally listed in Emoji 4.0 that November, and Google added it in Android 7.1 the same autumn.
The transgender flag emoji was approved in Emoji 13.0, announced in January 2020. Twitter and WhatsApp already showed it in 2019. It reached most phones in the second half of 2020, with Android 11 and Apple's iOS 14.2, and Windows added it with Windows 11 in 2021.
Every other flag
No other pride flag has its own emoji, including the lesbian flag and the non-binary flag. People recreate them with coloured hearts in the order of the stripes. There is no fixed rule, but the combinations below are common.

Search for "transgender flag" in your phone's emoji keyboard, or copy it from this page. It needs a system from 2020 or later to display as a single flag.
Why does the trans flag emoji show as a white flag?
Your device does not know the sequence yet, so it shows its parts separately: a white flag, then the transgender symbol. Updating the system usually fixes it.
Is there a lesbian flag emoji?
No. Only the transgender and rainbow flags exist as emojis. People use hearts instead, for example orange, white and pink.
