Omnisexual
Attraction to people of all genders, where gender is noticed and matters.
Omnisexual describes someone drawn to people of every gender — and for whom gender is part of the attraction rather than beside the point. An omnisexual person might be drawn to men, women, and non-binary people in genuinely different ways.
That last part is what separates it from pansexual. Both describe attraction across all genders, but a pansexual person typically experiences gender as irrelevant to who they're drawn to, while an omnisexual person experiences it as present and relevant.
Neither is a more evolved version of the other. They're two accurate descriptions of two different inner experiences, and people choose the one that fits.
